Jessica Maes knows a thing or two about Delegation.

In 2005 Jessica started a Virtual Assistance practice from her home office in Madison, WI. She fell in love with the Virtual Assistance business model because on a personal level it gave a Stay At Home Mom with a wealth of administrative talents a career that she could operate from home.

Professionally, Jessica quickly discovered that the VA business model finally created an opportunity for ALL business owners to Delegate the necessary, time consuming, often non income producing aspects of their business to an Assistant or a team of professionals that could handle the responsibilities faster and for less money than if the business owner were to do the work themselves. 

Over the years Jessica has met a lot of business owners.

There are two common themes present in EVERY small business. One is the need to Delegate. There is no business that can reach it’s fullest potential without Delegation - period.

The other is the absence of Delegation from most business plans. Small business owners most often set out to operate their businesses on their own. Hard as we may try, no one does everything well. When a business owner tries to do everything, the business fails to reach its highest potential.
