“Enthusiasm is one of the most powerful engines of success. When you do a thing, do it with all your might. Put your whole soul into it. Stamp it with your own personality. Be active, be energetic, be enthusiastic and faithful, and you will accomplish your object. Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.”
Now, what does this have to do with delegating in your business? A lot and dare I say everything!
You see, your business will run its best and be its most successful when every task, aspect, to-do and element is handled with enthusiasm. If you don’t like putting your invoices together in Quickbooks every month guess what happens? Most often it’s one of fourĀ things (and sometimes all four!):
Here’s the deal, you owe it to yourself, your clients / customers, and your business to put together the best of the best when it comes to every aspect of your business. The answer to doing this is simple: start delegating!
